💻 What to Bring

We strongly encourage everyone to come with their own laptop if possible. 

• Ideally you will need Admin rights to your computer.
• We will be sharing a link to download some software in preparation for the school.
• If you don't have a laptop, workstations will be available

Lunch is included.
Breakfast and evening meals will not be provided by the organisers.

To register:

1. Fill out the registration form
   (In the menu: Registration → Registration Form)

2. Upload the required documents
   (In the menu: Registration → Files for Registration)

• • Please answer the questions and write a short motivation statement (explaining why you wish to attend)
  • Upload your CV in PDF

🔍 Selection process

Places are limited and subject to acceptance by the organizers.

The selection process will be done by the organizing committee after closing of the registrations (26 May 2025).
Participants will be notified whether they have been admitted or not, by email, between end of May and beginning of June.

💳 Registration Fee

Free for DIADEM members and students from French institutes, including accommodation. (Places are limited and subject to acceptance by the organizers.)
